Keeper of the Sacred Mesa

There comes a moment in life when you feel that you are being called.
Called to go deeper. To remember. To be of service.

I heard this call within me a long time ago and followed it. It has led me to many masters and teachers in countries such as Colombia, Bolivia and Peru, and my lineage is Qanchis Ylla from the Andes. 

I didn’t always know in advance where my journey was taking me – or is still taking me – and some things only made sense in hindsight. Because theory is one thing – but deep communication and experience are quite another. Many people now impart knowledge, sometimes even without permission from the lineage from which they received it – but the process of EXPERIENCE often remains unlived. Because that can only be experienced through one’s own practice and then passed on.  In our fast-paced world, we unfortunately tend to forget that a genuine connection to your guides, safe spaces and successful inner work can only arise through continuous and deep communication with them.

And the Mesa is THE central element in all of this. It is more than just a tool – it is a living field of energy, wisdom and connection.

Here, I am creating a space for you where you can learn to work consciously with the Mesa and its energies, and to integrate it into your life as a sacred companion. Your own experience is at the heart of this process.

What exactly is a mesa?

​

The mesa is an energetic medicine bundle that connects you to the forces of nature, your ancestors, and your innermost being.

It carries YOUR prayers, YOUR medicine and YOUR personal growth. Every mesa is therefore unique!

As the keeper of the Mesa, you will learn:

• To perceive and direct energies

• To open spaces for your own healing

• To embody your own medicine

Who is this path for?

This course is for you if:

• you feel a deep connection to shamanic work but are still just getting started – you’ll be able to programme your own mesa

• you want to deepen your spiritual practice with your own mesa, if you’re already further along but feel there’s still more to explore. Or programme a new mesa together with us

• would like your inner processes to be supported in a safe space, even without programming a mesa. 

 

 

You don’t need any previous experience at all – just an open heart and a willingness to be honest with yourself. And a willingness to make a commitment – to yourself, the mesa and Mother Nature.

What can you expect?

During this process, depending on the module, you will:

• experience and energetically activate your own mesa, or delve deeper into your current mesa

• learn about the Andean cosmovision

• work with the medicine wheel and the spirits

• learn about energetic cleansing and protection

• become familiar with rituals and ceremonies

• deepen your intuition and perception

• find your own prayers

• engage in guided processes and contemplation between session
